Apparently some horse named Barbaro died today after an 'epic' and 'heroic' struggle to overcome injuries caused by the very owners who wanted to save it.  People are getting very bent out of shape about it, and grieving, planning elaborate funerals (one guy suggested it should be buried on the White House grounds) for it, and crying over this 'tragic' loss (on the same day 2 more US soldiers were killed in Iraq , by the way).  Oh yes, it seemed that everyone loved this horse.

I, on the other hand, do not care, because it is a fucking horse...

Talked to the guys at Watermelon today, and got an estimate on a mixer, software, and mics. Is as follows:

According to the guy I talked to, it should be a pretty sweet rig all and all, and I'm already excited about it. I talked to timmy about him going in with me at least on the board, what with his interest in sound and its related equipment. I figure with that, as well as stretching buying everything over the next couple months (like 200-300 dollars a month) I can make it much more affordable. Now all I need is time to rehearse with people yes. Until then, expiremental artgrind rides again!

the internet is off in my house, which means that I'll be going underground for a little while. If you need to get a hold of me, call me or something. I will live the primative life of our ancestors, entertaining myself in the manner of ancient people, or something...

So it looks like I have the house to myself now, as it appears that Jeremy, Karlee and Tim have all moved out early. What will I do with this freedom!? Pack. Thats what I'm going to do: Pack.

Speaking of which, I'll be moving next weekend, hopefully starting on friday, continuing on before silent throne on saturday, and then finishing up hopefully monday or tuesday. Any help would be appreciated, and I shall reward such assistance with some pizza or something, and lets be honest: who doesn't love Pizzas!? Communists, thats who. Also if anyone had a trukk, that would be SUPER hot (Eric???) If not, We may be playing the 'abandon Max's Furniture by the side of the road and run away laughing' game.

Got another Tattoo yesterday, bringing the count up to 3 (or one big one done over three sessions if you want to get picky.) Its pretty fucking awesome, I'm happy with it. It's hard to describe, and the closest word I can think of for it is Tendrils. It also includes my first edge Tattoo (three X's, fairly plain) Which Martin took as a sign that I was destined to be an Alchoholic by age 22. I'll show him...

While I appreciate the fact that your daughter has just gotten her cast off (by the way, congratulations), I do not wish to overhear you discussing this on the phone, in the middle of the fucking movie. I would also like to inform you that the color red will be appearing on screen from time to time throughout the movie, and you should feel free to excitedly point this out to your daughter everytime the goddamn color shows up. Is it coincidence, or symbolism, I don't know, but shut the fuck up. Also, I realize that the omen is a remake of an older movie, and call me a child of more recent times, but I haven't seen it before, and would find it super if you'd stop explaining the plot to aforementioned daughter before the movie has started.

Housing shit is worked out, I'll be staying with my parents in July and August, and with Angela for two weeks or so.

Well, apparently somehow August magically is another word for June. Magically. Anyway, our landlord fucked us, and we need to get out 2 months earlier (June 20th) than expected so here's the deal: I probably have a place I can go, but I need room to store stuff. I have a couple of pieces of furniture, plus boxes of stuff. Here's the big stuff:

Bed
Desk
Chest of Drawers (not actually that big, but still...)
Bookshelf
variable number of boxes of other stuff
oh, and drums, but I'm going to try and take those with me where I go

I will also need help moving from those possessing of automotive transportation, and in general. I will reward those who help with fud.

I'm also going to be trying to purge some of my stuff, in order to facilitate moving, so if you're over, and want some crap, speak up and ye might recieve.
